If you require a Building Energy Rating (BER), Munnelly BER provide BERs for all dwellings in a fast and efficient manner with a quality service, and at a time that suits you.

Whether you are selling, renting or upgrading your home and availing of the SEAI better energy homes grant, it is likely you will need to have a Building Energy Rating (BER) carried out on your property.

To provide you with a BER, we carry out a short survey of your property (usually 1-2 hours depending on size) and then process the results through the SEAI approved software for generating a BER. An advisory report is also produced, which gives you a list of recommendations to improve the BER rating of your property.

If you are upgrading or carrying out improvement works under the Better energy homes scheme, we can provide the necessary BER requirements. Under the Better energy homes scheme a BER Cert is required on completion of the works. Also required is the results of the BER rating prior to the works being carried out.
