My name is Brian Munnelly, owner of Munnelly BER, a dedicated energy assessment company based in Sligo and operating nationwide. My background is Civil Engineering, having graduated from IT Sligo with a Degree in Civil Engineering, and worked for many years in that industry. During that time I developed a keen interest in energy awareness and conservation. In 2009, having gained the necessary training and qualifications, I became a Building Energy Rating (BER) assessor and established Munnelly BER. Since then, Munnelly BER has provided energy certification throughout the country. Our clients range from homeowners, landlords, auctioneers, solicitors, financial institutions, banks, public bodies, local authorities, architects, engineers and private businesses.
